Tom is a senior leader with a wide range of business and technology experience, operating at board level with large public and private sector organisations. He has a passion for delivering value through data and digitally enabled business transformation. He has broad sector experience, including infrastructure, transport, utilities, real estate, oil & gas. Former Advisor to technology CEO at Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai.

An Engineer by training, Tom has spent most of his career helping the Transport, Infrastructure and Construction sector improve value delivered by assets to customers.

• Advisor to RTA, leading roles in Digital Transformation and Asset Information
• 3 years at Network Rail developing their ‘Digital Twin’ for the UK Rail Infrastructure (part of ORBIS, a 320m GBP Asset Information programme)
• Leading the Data Strategy for Crossrail (19bn GBP megaproject)
• Advisor on the UK National Infrastructure Commission’s report ‘Data for the Public Good’; led to ‘Digital Twin Hub’ community creation
